Damaged Item Return Only:

  • If you've  Received Items that were Manufacturer or Courier Damaged? Contact Our Customer Service for a RMA# and Send via email clear and precise images of the damaged product and any further information you may have. Once received we will then assess the RMA and reply with instructions on how to move forward.
  • Please email: assistance-poshplus@mail.com for RMA# and any further information.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing the RMA return and issuing a refund.
